Could I be pregnant?

Hi,

I took the morning after pill and according to my Flo app I had sex 4 days before ovulation and took it the next day, so hopefully took it just before ovulation

Is there any chance I could still be pregnant as my nipples hurt and I'm getting crampy pains in really worried

This was about a week ago I took the pill now

Unfortunately the side effects of the pill are very similar to pregnancy, when I took it I also had sore nipples etc and got worried, but eventually I got a very intense period. It could take a bit longer to come though. Unfortunately it's hard to know until the time comes when you can take a pregnancy test. You just need to relax and trust it until you can. I know it is easier said than done.
