Quite a random question, but does anyone know how long a BBT thermometer should stay in your mouth before taking a reading?
I have one which is very quick to take a reading and another which I would say takes at least a minute. The longer one is coming up with readings of 36.6-36.7 which would be consistent as I’m post ovulation. The other is showing readings of 36.4-36.5, so I’m a little confused!
