I had a faint positive earlier but tested again and it's negative dame brand does that mean I'm not pregnant?

Could just mean that you tested when the hcg levels were more potent, they get diluted. First wee of the day is best, and earlier in the day testing more accurate. I'd wait until tomorrow morning or the next day to re- test. Good luck x
