Help very confused

I’ve been tracking my ovulation for at least a year and always can figure out my peak with the strips. But this month I spotted for two weeks (wasn’t pregnant) guess it was a weird period. I’m in my predicted ovulation week, had negative lh tests the last 3 days, yesterday positive, today negative. But my confusion is I am having stabbing cramps. Anyone else ever experienced this?

Indeed I've experienced this with no particular reason. Eventually I had to accept the human body is not a perfect and predictable machine (though methods of TTC can make you think otherwise).

E.g., Sometimes the period is heavy and painful, sometimes it's light and unnoticeable. Sometimes it's over in 4 days, sometimes it takes a 8 days.
