Sooo frustrated

Came off the pill (degestrol) in September , had my withdrawal bleed 4 days later , and then a 34 day cycle and had a period.

Thought will probably be the same this month , previous to the pill I had 28 day cycles but wasn't expecting to go straight back to normal .

Anyway based on my 34 door cycle AF is due today .... no sign of it despite having the usual AF symptoms the last week .

I have been testing anyway with ICS (one step) they are meant to be sensitive and all have been BFN .

I guess I just want my period now so I can move into the next cycle 😂😂 I'm so frustrated by it but know I need to be patient!

@missdt89 its the worst isn’t it. I came off the pill in august & September & October were clockwork, 32 day cycle, ovulated on CD19…then November I came on a day early so a 31 day cycle!!! I know it’s not terrible & it can fluctuate & it’s normal but I just so wanted to know exactly when to expect my period! Very frustrating! I hope AF comes soon for you so you can start fresh. It really is , like I've told myself just be patient , but it's so difficult when I've felt crap for a week now waiting for AF to arrive !

I just hope she comes by the end of the week and I don't have some hideously long cycle 🤦‍♀️

Hang on in there, I came off pill earlier in year, really long cycles like 40 days on average, but got my bfp a few weeks back. There were months of thinking it's never going to happen, lots of tears and frustration. Managed to conceive first cycle when I didn't track and wasn't focused on it as much, I knew roughly when my ovulation was but not by day

Thank you ! Yea I am just waiting , I can't say I know exactly when I ovulated , just roughly . Currently on CD 36 , haven't tested since Wednesday but may test again tomorrow .

All my AF symptoms have gone now , so literally is a waiting game ! X
