Looking for some advice please , story 38 years old, ttc for about 4 years. 1 right tube blocked, amh level 4.7. fell pregnant naturally twice, miscarried twice. We were embarking on IVF this cycle , however after being on gonal f 450 dose , scan showed only 3 follicles . left side 10 - right side 16 , they were going to convert to IUI however because right tube blocked , cancelled altogether. triggered and told to try naturally. My dilemma is , they have suggested testosterone patches for 1 month then a completely different protocol for the next cycle as poor response to this one. I do have about 2 stone to lose if we were to get it funded. My dilemma is (if we are not successful this cycle) do i rush into the testosterone and different medications or do i focus on trying to lose more weight ? - Does it matter with cycles if you take a break from medications or is best to go into different protocol , i done a long protocol for this month ? They had scanned me before going on gonal f and i had 9 follicles (myself after no medication)... any advice greatly appreciated x
