Progesterone test

Hi, I just wanted to know if anyone has had a progesterone test on ovulation day. I had one, and it's come back as abnormal, and it's on 0.7 . I have to make an appointment with gp.
Does that indicate that I might have not ovulated.
Can someone shed some light on this, please?

@RetinolStings, yes, they told me to get the test done, then not on day 21. I have got that done in the past, and it was fine. The gp booked the appointment himself for me.

You don't take the test on ovulation day. Of course its going to be invalid
