Hi everyone -

I’m a day late today on my period. I have been ill with what i think is a cold / cough. However, 13 days ago I had unprotected sex. This fell within my fertility window time frame although it’s not something i’m actively testing etc. i tested with a cheap strip but negative.

Has this happened to anybody and then they’ve been pregnant?

If your period is late and your testing negative - chances are you're not pregnant unfortunately. X

Hopefully I'm wrong (assuming this is the preferred outcome)

to be honest i’m not fussed either way like i’m not TTC, but also like if it happens it happens kind of thing? I guess i just want to know either pregnancy test positive or my period lol i hate limbo!

Ahh I see, well it does sound like a late period, just a case of waiting for it to show.

Plus as you say, you've been under the weather, and that's known to sometimes provoke irregularities in your cycle.

@Outliers — i reckon so! Still nothing yet and no period pains or anything so we’ll see. I have been ill for over a week! Cough /
cold / headaches 🤦🏻‍♀️
