The lines that Ive been getting are nothing,

I took sweetkittys advice and pee'd on a stick and put ont in water, they both have a really, really faint line, they must just have a really obvious 'test line' when wet. Not from picking up HCG but just from being wet!

Im sat here now and both of them are the same.

So either thay are just shit tests or my tap is pregnant!

Im a bit sad cause I thought I was PG, but it all fairness Im still not due for 2 days.

But I will NEVER ever buy these tests again!

Oh and my MSN mate bought these a few days ago got (in her words' a really, really light BFP.

She bought another brand the next day BFN, the AF started that night.

Maybe its a bad batch as we both bought them just before the weekend from the same seller?!

some tests regularly give evaporation lines - I think they are a rip off! If possible, try and hold out until a couple of days after AF is due, then you should get a trustworthy result, and save money on rubbish tests!

i thought evap lines came after the time though? These show these 'lines' at about 3-5 mins!

Im not testing again till sunday now.

I still think could be PG because was getting negative tsts at this point when i was PG with DS2.

My first positive was 'tomorrow' (13DPO)

Like I said I dont think these BFNs have any actual meaning becasue i didn't get a BFP with DS till 13DPO, which will be tomorrow,

so why do you test if you aren't going to believe the result?

I find pregnancy testing very stressful - I don't sleep the night before - and that's why I waited until I was nearly five weeks this time - and then the test was clearly positive.

ANyway, good luck, I do hope you get the positive result you want!

I used Pound Shop tests (I have a reputation for being a bargain hunter ) and last Jan tested about 8 times, over 14 days with BFNs but I did notice that by the afternoon there was a faint line. Each time the faint line got darker. Eventually I bought an £8 one at my local chemist only to find a BFP and to start bleeding 2 hrs later I mc at 6+6 This time when I was 2 days late I used an 'expensive' one and got a BFP. Although this only ended up giving me 2 1/2 weeks of fun being pg before I mc again at 6+6 Having been reading a thread here on ovulation tests I have today spent a fortune (in my terms ) on ebay. Any advice ?
