My stomach is moving...

Hi all I m feeling movement in stomach near belly button exactly like a baby..as i have 3 kids so I know how eaxavtly it feels..but im getting my periods every month and several neg tests...im going to crazy😭

I’ve had a hysterectomy and I get that movement too.
Its usually just food digesting or wind 🤷🏼‍♀️

Could be phantom kicks? I still get them and my toddler is nearly three xx
