I took this test tonight. I am currently on cd30 and due my period next wednesday/thursday and got this result straight away without having to wait. Is this a BFP?
i am re testing tomorrow morning again to double check to make sure and with gaving a chemical back in september i am now anxious and nervous but super hopeful🙏🏻

That's a good line for an evening wee and still be 4/5 days from period due day !
Congrats!!

sg1994 · 24/11/2023 21:01

I am just guessing my period is that far away as my last cicle since my chemical was 37 days and going by flo and pre mom app they say that is when it is due but maybe i have now went back to normal and my cycle usually is anything 30-32days.

will re test tomorrow morning to see if there is any progression. Thank you for your reply and reassurance! X

Hi everyone. I took one more this morning and it is the same faint but visible second line. I am currently 10dpo as confirmed my lh surge with pre mom ovulation testing.

Should I expect for the line to be getting darker each day just now or will this take some time and get darker closer to when my period would of been due?

I was expecting this to be a little bit darker this morning as thought hcg would already be on the rise and I am very nervous that this is just another chemical pregnancy again?

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

There's deffo something there! Keep trying every morning wee!

WeeOrcadian · 25/11/2023 16:20

Darker lines don't indicate progression of a pregnancy - simply that HCG levels were higher in that sample. Don't worry if one test if fainter than another, they're not indicative of your HCG levels going up / down and they don't point to or away from a CP

Congratulations!

I'd say they get darker every other day and take photo of each one with date and time on it so that if you need to do a side by side u can do it like that ( sorry it's a lot but that's what I did) rather that compare dried old ones to each other x
Fingers crossed for u!! X

This shows line progression each day for me. I think yours are fine and bfp! Congrats

Hi @sg1994 at most compare tests from each morning, so remove the other two from yesterday. You aren't going to see progression with several tests in one day and try to compare tests every two days rather than daily, urine concentration can mean you work yourself up looking at daily progression. Ideally take a picture of the test at the time it's supposed to be read and compare the photographs rather than comparing a wet test to a dry test. Comparing todays to two days ago there is clear progression and you are still very early and using internet cheapies so it's looking good.

Doodledeedum · 26/11/2023 14:32

I agree with @Gardenlady543
looking at the first and last there's a clear progression 🙏🏼

sg1994 · 26/11/2023 18:03

I also just took a cheap morrisons one just now and i am now 100% convinced it is positive. Thank you everyone! I just hope and pray this baby sticks🤞🏼🙏🏻 xx

I don't think there's any arguing with that line! I would recommend getting a good quality pink dye test to confirm, but I think you can book your first midwife appointment!

Congratulations and all the best xx
