So I’m 4dpo and I’ve noticed that my heart rate reading is higher than it usually is, just wondering if anyone else has this could this be a sign 🤞🏾? I do have other symptoms sore breast/nipples, nausea and a headache.

@Jologi Yes, my heart rate acts like my BBT. Goes up a day or two before ovulation, stays high, then drops back when I get to AF ☺️

@Jologi yes! It's naturally higher after ovulation but every time I've been pregnant it's shot up 5-10bpm after implantation so good to keep an eye on it!

Mine is usually 63bpm today I’ve noticed it’s between 77-88. I’m not doing anything active, working from home so just sitting. Im hoping im not overthinking this but can’t think of another explanation.
