Confusion with Clearblue digital test kit

Hello All,

To give everyone an overview of my situation, I had a miscarriage when I was 6 weeks 6 days pregnant and was bleeding for around 5 days.Post which my pregnancy test were all negative and I started tracking my ovulation. On 17th morning when I tested with the purple clear blue kit it gave me negative I.e. a circle and 18th morning it gave me a static smiley. So, I have tested at similar time with the pink clear blue test which gave me negative. After that till today I am testing regularly but the pink is showing negative and purple one also showing negative after 48 hours but in the ovulation strips it is showing me a faint line for last 4 days. Does this mean I will ovulate in few days?

The first time you test with the fb digitals it will always show a blank circle, this is because it has to have a base line to work from, it then will show you your flashing when it detects a surge & then your static when you reach your peak. Sounds like started testing a little too late & you were already surging when you started testing, hence why you bypassed the flashing. Once you get your static smiley you are meant to stop testing & you will ovulate 12-36 after that. It’s likely that you ovulated on the 19th. Does that make sense?

@4LeafCloverBaby before that also I was testing daily with my clear blue pink kit and it has shown negative. As it is after miscarriage it is becoming very difficult and confusing for me to understand when will I ovulate

@lisa1512 Have you considered taking you temp each morning? It’s a good way to know if you have ovulated.

@4LeafCloverBaby never tracked that and as I use ovulation strips so thought it will not be required

@lisa1512 I do both, it really does help to show when you’ve ovulated as your temp goes up after ovulation. Might be worth starting to help you work it out. This is my chart for this month x
