Folate levels - do you know yours ?

Mine as been flagged as high

Do you guys know yours and / or are you willing to share the number / info?

At last check (March 2023) mine was 18. It was 4.1 a year before that. Normal range in UK is 4-26 (or at least that’s what my app says).

What’s the concern with being too high? Has your doctor suggested anything?

I got flagged as high at 20.1 but the range is to 20 so they aren't too concerned

Today i took no folic acid and no supplements and my body is happier 4 i

I didn't get late am neck rash.

Also - i have some liver issues.
Liver stores vit d - think my body wants a break from vit d

Have nhs gp this eve

Have urgent mri 4 liver this week

Colonoscopy next week
