10dpo and half my neck briefly swelled up like a tennis ball

BFNs on easy@home tests, but someone please tell me these weird symptoms give me reason to hope!

This morning the gland on one side of my neck really suddenly swelled up huuuuge, and was a bit uncomfortable to swallow or touch near it. No sore throat or other signs of illness. It was bigger than it’s ever been with illness, except maybe glandular fever 20 odd years ago. It freaked me out a bit but went down over the course of the day and is now nearly back to normal, nothing visible, just slightly tender.

Around the same time I thought I had blood in my mouth, but when I spat there was nothing there, just spit. Tasted very like blood, and also sort of rushed into my mouth as if it was coming from the gums around my bottom teeth. Also now completely gone.

I’ve maybe got some other symptoms, itchy and swollen breasts and various sensations and cramps going on, but I know I’ve thought those were present before when they weren’t.

My last cycle timings went crazy and seemed to throw out the start of this one so I have no idea when I should expect AF. I had the smallest bit of orange spotting a couple of days ago. Temps are steady, not rising or falling.

I hate the TWW!

Not sure if there's a question but I think you should perhaps see a GP or doctor.

That sounds like a concerning symptom unrelated to pregnancy.

@Outliers If it happens repeatedly I definitely will, but it’s gone very quickly and when I googled it didn’t seem anything to worry about as a general symptom (apparently slow and hard would be when to worry). It was just so odd in how sudden and dramatic it was that I’m hoping it could be some weird reaction to hormones or something. Probably clutching at straws!

That would definitely concern me, I don't think it has anything to do with pregnancy though. Fingers crossed for you though!
