From what I've read online, best to take progesterone after you've ovulated. So last 2 weeks of your cycle

I think it depends on the reasons why you are taking progesterone as to when is best to take it. Probably best to ask your doctor...

This!

It is because you have low progesterone?

Or

Is it to maintain a pregnancy when experiencing bleeding or threatened miscarriage?

Or

Is it to avoid yet another spontaneous miscarriage after many, many losses?

Or

Is it part of your IVF process?
