Q for those that talk about DPO....

ok so if you are only using opks you know you are GOING to OV as apposed to you are... so when you guys say im 11dpo do you count day 1 from the day you got a +opk?

I count OV as the day after surge, and I also watch out for cervical mucous. It tends to dry up initially (right after OV) so I count first day of dryish CM as 1dpo.

I think that you usually OV 12-48 hours after surge, but my surge was very brief on CD13, I think I OV'd next day and dried up on CD15.

If I get a + OPK on say CD14 then Ill ove the next day, (cd 15)

so i say CD16 is 1DPO - 1 day PAST ovulation

if you are on CD22 yes.

so if im due on monday (if i have a 28 day cycle which i may not) it should be at least 10 dPO shouldnt it? I have the ultra early ones but that means earliest test next weds? A week today? That right? But if i come on monday then im stuffed? Or could i still come on if ov is that close to AF?

Umm, best really to just test CD28, but im not someone that like waitin! lol

With my DS i got BFNs on 8,9,10,100 DPO but BFP on 13DPO

The day you OV might change from cycle to cycle, but your LP should not vary by more than a day.

I would expect AF to be due around CD31 (unless you are aware of a longer or shorter LP) which is a week on friday, and 10dpo would be Monday.

I can't remember from other threads whether you ahve any irregular cycles or are spotting other symptoms, but you it is not advised to solely rely on OPK's to spot OV!!

yeah my +opks dont tally up with ewcm this month so a bit confused....
