Anyone TTC Dec 2023

Just looking for some company with ladies planning TTC 2023. There's already a thread for Jan 2024 but would be nice to keep company for Dec :)
Initially planned to start TTC 2024 Jan but it's feels time is going too slow and too broody now.
Also, worried about age turned 34 few months ago and feel clock is ticking(just my opinion).

Hi all :) cycle 4 trying for baby number 2, I'm due on in 10 days (about 4 dpo) and determined not to look too much into my symptoms this month but here I am haha!

I'm just so worried it will take as long as it did last time (2 years) I don't want it to consume me again but it's so hard!

@Lowrilawson oh shit really 😕 Does yours normally drop that early? Mine o think is the day before…I struggle with tracking CP a bit…mine is a bit all over the place 🙄 x

@4LeafCloverBaby mine doesn't usually drop even during my period so it's odd but cervix'a are weird and it doesn't feel tightly shut xx

I’ve spent all morning reading this thread and what a lovely supportive group! Congrats to the BFP so far and good luck to those still waiting.

I’m currently cycle 2 ttc #1. Today I'm 6dpo and trying to resist testing because last month I got obsessed! So hoping being part of this will keep me calm during the dreaded wait. It’s so helpful having other people to chat to who are going through the exact same thing, I had no idea how all encompassing it could be until I started trying! X

@Cazzy87 well basically stick your finger up there & see if you can reach it 🙈😂 Mine is almost unreachable when it’s high & when it’s low very easy to reach…but my CM aren’t reliable…they say before your period it should be low & open & in early pregnancy it will stay high& closed but trying to work out what you’re feeling isn’t very easy in my opinion. What DPO are you? My nipples tenderness goes away at about 5DPO.

@Cazzy87 obviously washing your hands and placing middle finger in if you go in enough you can feel a hard ball, if you can't then it means your cervix is high, it feels like a donut with a small hole or like a line depending on if it's open or closed xx

last month I had spotting from 8DPO and convinced myself it was implantation bleeding but didn’t ever get a positive test. Then AF arrived as expected several days later. Then I panicked and convinced myself I had an STI….! Ofc was negative but what a turmoil of emotions for me 😂

Trying to be more sane this time.

@3ornotto3 oh no I am gutted for you. I am happy for you to private message me if you need a shoulder to cry on.
I am as ok as I can be. Still have a cry or two every day but not as much. The first few days are the worst and I cried so much. The house just feels so empty without him.

@Butterfly391 Hey! Yeah I totally find this group great for being around like-minded women. It helps me to not obsess as much too - but also on the other hand, it's good to be able to chat about the symptoms/feelings etc in a non-judgy place :) And yes it is totally all encompassing!

Anyone due to ovulate around the 20th/21st?

Omg guys, i almost don't want to post in case I jinx this and I don't really know how this is happening, but did an Internet cheapie this afternoon FOR NO REASON- am testing with opk every day to find when I'm ovulating and just randomly did a cheapie ... vvvvvvvv faint line. Assumed it was a dud so did 2 more... same again . Then did a really early first response digital and got a bfp. Tested with clear blue digital and negative... I came on my period on the 29th and I have no idea how this is possible but it is ! Had a chemical at end of Nov so I'll be freaking out but I CANT BELIEVE IT ! Has anyone ever got a false positive on a first response digital?

What on earth .I can only think I ovulated during my period 🤷‍♀️ or maybe my period wasn't my period...so confused but after my chemical I won't be able to relax for a good 6 weeks- will feel better when (if ) my line gets darker ... thanks so much, I'm sticking around to see you all get your bfps

@jossiwood congratulations! Is there any chance AF was implantation bleeding?

I’m due to ovulate Friday, but DH is really struggling with DTD emotionally - he wants it to feel spontaneous and romantic which is obviously difficult when we are trying to DTD every other day. We’ve not managed to stick to it tbh, so I’m not sure we’ll do it enough this cycle…I’m feeling very glass half empty about things this month!

LH levels still bumping around at a low level…how many days before you girls ovulate do you start to see an increase?

Hey all just checking in and hope you are all ok and hanging in there?!

I’m now 7 days DPO and 6 days away from AF. From 3days DPO up until yesterday I had mild cramping, headaches, sore boobs and hot flushes!

Tonight I’ve had this when I wiped!!! Does this look like implantation bleeding to anyone?? Didn’t have this last month!

@jossiwood omg congratulations! I had a chemical November too, bled from 26th December. Still waiting for my peak too! I think I started OPK's as soon as I stopped bleeding. Have your levels remained consistent?

Well I had my chemical on 1st December, ovulated 18th December.. all bfns then period on 29th December... perhaps it wasn't a period? Only bled for 3 days then started opks on last day of period . Saw a surge on the following day, then bfp today . Opks have been consistent ever since , which is why I did a pregnancy test as they weren't making any sense as I thought I was due to ovulate. None of this is making any sense ! Thanks so much for the congrats but I won't relax for ages- so sorry about your chemical ❤️
