Clear positive post HCG shots - help!!

So I'm 12 DPO and 3 days past my last HCG shot (my fertility doc is using them to up my progesterone so I take them post peak)

I wanted to track my HCG..and I've had this clear blazing positive. The tests need 10ml HCG to show a positive, my HCG shots only totalled 2ml..

Anyone else have any experience with this? Can I get excited?!

ps some of my normal PMS symptoms are still noticeable this cycle but a lot more subtle.

The hcg shot will always cause a positive on a pregnancy test im afraid. You need to wait about ten days after your hcg shot to ensure its left your system before you can do a pregnancy test.

You can't take a pregnancy test after taking a hcg shot 3 days prior. Of course its going to be positive.
You can't test for 10 days after your last shot, 14 to be safe as it can linger in some.
