Can I be ovulating 1 week after miscarriage?

Hi all. I misscarried last Monday at 11 weekend baby was only measuring 5 weeks.

My ovulation strips were detecting the hcg which I knew they would. I then got some pregnancy tests. I wanted to track both to watch hcg levels drop and to watch the ovulation strips drop to know when I was next ovulation.

The bottom two tests are today. The pregnsncy test has complete dropped almost but ovulation still so strong. Is this detecting hcg still or am i ovulating 1 week post misscarriage?

Hey, I had a MMC at 12 weeks and surgery last Wednesday. Did a pregnancy and ovulation test today to see what my body is doing and both were positive. I’ve read in here lots of people having positives on both after miscarriage sadly. Hope that helps xx

Yeah I thunk the ovulation tests stay positive all the while the pregnancy test is positive. Mine is a very very faint line left on pregnancy test. When that is completely negative I am hopping for negative ovulation so can start tracking again.

@miamiamia869 yes big hugs to you too - such a traumatic thing isn’t it. There’s really not enough information to prepare anyone for this. I’ve stopped bleeding now so going to take a test tonight and check everything. I think that it’s possible to ovulate 2 weeks after since your body would be resetting from day 1 of bleeding or surgery. We’ll see how true that is according to the leaflets I was given xx

@miamiamia869 hey. Just to update you. I had a negative test in pregnancy yesterday and a positive LH test. Also correlated with the bleeding stopping yesterday so whether that’s accurate or not remains to be seen until period arrives. Boobs are also in immense pain so I would say it’s ovulation xx

I fell Pregnant again 2 weeks after my miscarriage.
