Vvfl then stark white....

Hi all, I did an internet cheapie test on Saturday as was convinced I could see a vvvvvfl but decided I had line eyes. A few hours later I went to the bathroom and could still see the fl, asked DH, who could also see it, just! I did another strip test but it was stark white! I am 12dpo today ( Sunday ) and I'm pretty confident on dates. With my other two DC my tests were obvious positives at this point in my cycle. Is it likely it was just an evap line or should I buy a test tomorrow? Feel so confused!

Do you have pics of the test? I would never trust a test after ten mins so I would test again tomorrow x

I'll take one tomorrow. I agree, the only reason I'm wondering if it's genuine is because when I did it, I was sure I could see a glimmer of a line but now it's dried, I can definitely see it. Not sure if it'll pick up in photos. I did another test yesterday, after seeing the dried second line, which was absolutely negative!

I do feel like I'm going a bit insane though and really don't want to be crushed by a negative test tomorrow. I'm due AF on Wednesday-Friday depending on cycle so don't know if I should just wait 🙈

I know how you feel. I spent 2 1/2 years trying for my dd and it was devastating! I analysed every test and symptom! I felt like I was going mad. I've got my fingers crossed for you. Update if you can 😊

Try again after your period is due

Try again first thing in the morning - everything is more concentrated in your urine then rather than later in the day. And a faint line sounds great - false positives are unusual but false negatives aren't. Good luck!!!

I did another test today with FMU (13dpo) and it was BFN. Feel so deflated but can't wait for my period to start so we can try again 😞

I'm in the same boat OP. I had a few positive tests last week followed by negatives but no period!
