Can spit interfere with conceiving?

This will be a bit of a TMI topic. After stopping birth control it's harder for me to get as wet. Sometimes I just use a bit of spit but I've recently heard that spit is not good for sperm. Is this true? As in have people who have become pregnant avoided using spit as lube or giving their partner oral sex before intercourse because of the spit?

Yes true. Spit is not pH friendly or texturally friendly for sperm it kills them and renders them useless. Decreases chances of conception massively.

Buy a sperm friendly lube. I use Concieve Plus I enjoyed using that and so dod partner. 75ml lasts ages!
