Thought we could start a new chat for everyone who could potentially get their bfp in December or try again

@LuceNumberTwo going to try my hardest to wait till Sunday which will be 11dpo as think it should be decently accurate by then

I am in utter disbelief. I've just done a test and there's a line 😳 it's super faint but I'm only 9DPO so I wouldn't expect it to be dark. I was convinced it was going to be negative but I've been feeling so off I decided to test!

I tried on a digital but it came back negative as it's too early I guess! I can't believe it! I really hope it sticks!!

I'm out this month .. AF arrived today (2 days late) .. typical!🙄
Trying to stay positive with the fact that I can drink at my work Xmas party this Saturday 🥂😅

@LuceNumberTwo Glad youve had some good news!! I will join you in Jan group but even with BFN im sure im pregnant 😂 I dont know if im making it all up ahhaha its just ive had this niggling pain in my left side for a week! Will see on the weekend!!

@LuceNumberTwo I think i build it up in my head then believe it and i also dont really get why it doesnt work when you do everything at the right time 🤷🏼‍♀️

no doubt i will come on within the next couple of days. My cycle is usually 26 days but because i ovulated late im currently on Cd 29 so god knows what will happen next month!! X

@H938 Aww honestly, I fell so bloody easy with my DD, I didn't have a clue trying so be pregnant with a second would be as hard as it is! You'd think doing the right things at the right time but it's so bloody much more than that! I struggle so much with it. Even now I'm bleeding, I know it's AF but my mind is like it's not as heavy.. its not filling a pad on my 2nd day, thats not the same as usual, is it implantation?! I do this every month but its either my AF, or AF after a chemical so far 🥺

It just takes over your head doesnt it! Atleast now its Christmas and there will be so much going on. I can’t wait to finish work and be in Christmas mode 🤩 X

i was just thinking who actually knows when they ovulate- Im going by the app and my peak test (assuming it was within them 3 days) I could be 10/11dpo - hopefully I ovulated later than I thought and just testing early! I have two days to wait and see though. x

Hey @H938 no updates here - I'm still too early to test. I'm pretty sure I'm 8dpo because I tend to get ovulation pain so I'm basing it on that (as well as my peak ovulation test). But my app thinks I'm only 7DPO, so who knows...

I have had a couple of twinges around my ovaries / uterus area. Mostly they have been on my left side (I'm pretty sure I ovulated from that side this month) but also occasionally on the right and kind of in the middle too 🤣 I might be imagining/overthinking it though.

I'm got a hot water bottle on my tummy (heard that can help with implantation?) and I've been eating beetroot which apparently helps blood flow to the uterus. Think I may have officially gone bonkers but I thought why not try it!

How are you getting on? Are you still holding out to test?

@Saffie920 when you get the peak ovulation test do you ovulate that day?

I can usually feel ovulation from my right side but I cant remember this month i have also had loads going on, on the left side so who knows. I have had this pulling feeling and like a stich - i feel like im going mad too as I think I overthink all of this then will come on in 2 days and none of it meant anything 😂

Still negative. Im hoping Im testing early so will wait til sat now x

Sorry to hear it's negative atm, it can take a while for BFP to show up so hopefully that's the case for you 😊

This was my first month testing ovulation. My LH level started to increase from the evening of CD15 and then it was 1.1 in the morning of CD16 and peaked at 1.3 on the afternoon of that day. I had ovulation pain around my right ovary at about 10pm on CD16 so I'm pretty sure I ovulated then and so the egg probably survived from then to the end of CD17.

Who knows though! I don't have any other months to compare it all to really. I tend to feel ovulation on my left side more so that tends to alternate every other month. I presume I ovulate from my right side on the alternate months and just can't feel it but who knows!

Thanks for checking in! I'm 12DPO and one day late, but too nervous to test. I was so disappointed with Tuesdays BFN. I comforted myself with the fact it was probably too early to be sure, so a BFN now would feel more final 🙈 I think I'll brave it tomorrow morning, or Saturday when I'm 14DPO like the text books say.

Honestly, nor do I 😂 I've gone from needing to know everything about everything to putting my head totally in the sand. I just feel so hopeful, it's almost cruel. I've also only got one test and really cba buying more, I've been well and truly fleeced. When will you test?

@bobbles4091 I know what you mean. I was sure I was all week but now I have given up. Im not testing again, I am waiting for AF on the weekend then will try again with less pressure!! Hoping to see your BFP this weekend 🤞🏼

Hi @Lovelylove4 yes several of us still in the TWW. We've had several lovely BFPs on this thread this month 😊 I'm due on 21st and am 9dpo today so waiting to test until Sunday at the earliest. Fingers crossed for you, how are you getting on with the wait this month?

@Saffie920 thank you! My boobs have been quite tender for over a week, which isn't a usual PMS symptom for me. I've also felt slightly queasy when looking at food in supermarkets and I think my appetite is up a bit. I'm also quite bloated and have an increase of watery discharge. Hope that helps!

I have just come on - Can’t moan though its only my first month trying!! I think will enjoy Christmas and drinking while I can haha see what happens the next few months. Im going to try and avoid obsessing over it, atleast I now know when I ovulate and also how long my luteal phase is so I can try at the right time! What will be will be!
