Vits Affecting Mood?

I now know that vits can move ovulation but I wondered if it's affected anybody else's mood too?

For the past few weeks, I've been so teary, getting upset at things that I'm not even bothered about! I'm just so emotional and I think it's because of multivits I started taking. Now I've ovulated early and actually missed the boat completely this month - me and my DH were thinking about taking a break this month but I'm still weirdly gutted.

I'm annoyed at myself for taking them without doing more research, or even taking one vitamin at a time to see what makes a difference! I just didn't think it would make much difference so quickly.

On the plus side, my nails look great! I will probably keep taking them to see the effect on my luteal phase. The reason I started taking something was because my LP is about 10 or 11 days so on the short side but wondering if I should have just left well alone as I already have one DC so I know I can conceive. But we've been trying for about 6 months so I was getting impatient (and time is not on my side, I'm nearly 39). And I stupidly thought it wouldn't hurt as I have horrendous PMS rage every month but now I just seem to be at the other end of the emotional spectrum!

Not sure what I'm asking here, other than to have a moan (nobody knows we're TTC number 2) and ask about your experiences on multi vits affecting your cycle...

The vitamins were just bog standard ones from Morrisons - they're actually labelled breastfeeding support and were left over from when I was still feeding DC1. But I noticed on the back they say suitable for before, during and after pregnancy so thought I'd use them up first because they expire next month and vits can be expensive... They do include vit B (which my limited knowledge knew could help with a shorter luteal phase).

Should I keep going with them this month?!

Here's a pic of the box. I've not been taking two tablets as they're huge, only one so the dose/RDA will be half.
