Advice please what do u think due date

I had Mirena removed beginning of august, TTC, had period 30th August, I’d a bleed 30th September light for one day. Got positive 27th October very strong positive didn’t even have to wait . I’ve no idea how far along I am ? Am I 10 weeks or almost 6, how do u know if Implantation bleed ? It’s child 3, I feel like showing at night but not due to see gp to next week

You'll need to go and get scanned. Once they measure fetus that will give an indication of due date
