Hi Ladies,
Wondered if someone could give some advice. I am currently TTC and taking a few different supplements and wondered if I am overdoing it, the amount I take seems normal or if any of you take more than this? So I take following daily:
Multivitamin containing: small amount vitamin c, b2, b6 b12 and 200 ug folic acid
Boots folic acid tablet 400 ug combined with 10ug of vitamin D
15 ug Zinc supplement
14 mg iron supplement
1 capsule day of Omega 3 1000mg
A probiotic tablet also daily
Also heard some positive reviews about vitex for ttc but scared it may mess up my cycles which are regular around every 28 days.
Also heard Coq10 raved about but again just another supplement and Omega 3 I take already is meant to improve egg quality
