Test positive 1 hour after taking it?

Took a pregnancy test this morning. I'm 17dpo . Got called away and came back an hour later to see this.
I can't get to pharmacy now til Monday.
Not sure what this means since it's been dry for an hour

At 17 DPO - I'm guessing your period is late?

I'd take that as a positive, evap lines aren't that strong, tentative congratulations OP

My period is due today.
I didn't notice the line when I took it, it must have been too faint but it dried down really dark and now has me confused if it's real or not. I couldn't see the line after 3 mins when I walked away

Chuck it. And do another one. This happened to me an hour after and i wasnt pregnant. Its an evaporation line

I wonder if it should look a bit darker than this for 17 DPO. OP are you sure of your DPO dates?
It also looks way too dark for an evap even if it’s been left to dry for ages! Definitely take another one when you find another one.

It looks like a positive but you can’t guarentee it after an hour. Can you not order a test on Amazon prime to come tomorrow or Saturday?

I got a a few test from a friend but its a cheapie boots one. After 5 mins I can see see another line but again its really faint. I'm assuming it's positive but surely at 17dpo a line should be dark? And not faint ?

That's after 5 minutes.

I'm 100% certain of my ovulation date as I had scans and trigger shot and progesterone test

I think it's your BFP! Those cheap tests can be very pale at first and dry darker. Can you Amazon Prime a FRER?

Yoi don’t need a chemist, any supermarket or Amazon prime for a delivery tomorrow, but looks like it’s a bfp if happened a few times and you’re now late!

I had a faint test that late. Baby is now 5! It all depends on implantation and how hydrated you are (AKA how concentrated - or not - the hormone levels are in your urine).

It might just be a late implanter.

We have a very very faint test at 10 days post embryo transfer and a low HCG blood test result which was technical pregnant but the clinic expected it to be a chemical pregnancy.

But then the HCG tripled every 48 hours from there, she was just a bit slow to get going.

There's no way that's an evap, I use Easy@home and never get even a sniff of a possible evap line. That's positive! Cant speak on why it's not quite as dark as you might expect for 17 dpo but it's definitely not an evap.

Hi guys. I'm awaiting bloods on Tuesday morning. I live in a rural area and I'm unable to get to a pharmacy or supermarket ect until Monday due to work commitments and my nearest is just a village . Unfortunately amazon prime don't do next day delivery in my area so I guess I'm stuck going insane not knowing what's going on ....
However.. my friend did kindly give me a few tests she had..
One is completely negative .. and the other clearblue digital and it says pregnant 1-2 weeks so I'm completely baffled

I know I'm absolutely insane taking all these tests but I'm hoping on Sunday to get a clearblue or frer and hopefully that will give me a clearer answer.
I know the digital said pregnant but my friend also did say when she gave it to me she had a false positive from a digital and the fact I just had a negative on the other one from same urine, I guess I just don't know. I think ill drive myself crazy waiting until Tuesday

Hoping you get a definite positive soon!

I also live in a remote village where Amazon Prime takes two days, and where the pharmacy is tiny.
