I just got a tentative BFP this morning. Currently I think about 10dpo. So period not due for another 2 days.
I was taking Proceive Plus which has Coq10. Can I continue taking this or should I stop.
I am worried if I stop taking what I was taking I am risking miscarriage. But if I continue tge same thing

I actually emailed proceive a few days ago with the same question . I'd just had an ivf transfer and didn't know if there was anything in them that maybe I shouldn't be taking at that stage

This was their response

Yes you can continue to take Proceive Max, rest assured there is nothing in the product that will harm the baby in anyway, so you can use up your current open box as it is a great, high quality multi-vitamin and it contains the recommended daily intake of 400ug folic acid.
Then when you have confirmed your pregnancy, we recommend moving on to Proceive Pregnancy Trimester 1 as this offers more tailored nutrition for the first trimester.
If it’s the case you run out of the Max sachets before your confirmed test you can always move onto the Trimester 1 then, or likewise, if you still have some sachets left once your pregnancy is confirmed, you can continue to use up your Procieve Max supply.
