Wanted to start a new thread to chat with people at the same stage as me! (I get overwhelmed joining threads with 100s of comments so I hope it's okay to start a new one!)

I am currently 9dpo waiting to test, 6 month of trying and have been less hopeful the past couple months as we have been really trying. But this month I am feeling more hopeful as I tracked ovulation with temp and digital sticks and know my ovulation day and ensured we DTD a lot!

So anyone out there in their TWW that wants to chat / share experiences / wait it out together I'd love to hear from you!

Hi, I’m currently 11dpo.

I tested yesterday and got a faint positive on a Clear Blue Ultra Early. Then I’ve read so many negative stories about them giving false positives, I’ve talked myself out of it.

I’m waiting for Amazon to delivery some cheapies, ordered a pack of 15 just to check. 🙈

I'm approx 11/12dpo (didn't track this month).
5th cycle ttc number 2 (for reference I'm 34 and DS1 is 2.5). Pretty sure AF is arriving tomorrow or Thursday.

Hey! I'm about 7/8dpo and obsessing over every symptom this month! Last month had a chemical pregnancy which was heart breaking. I have a son who will be 2 in December and was conceived via ivf.
I really have a gut feeling that I'm pregnant this month but could just be wishful thinking. Probably won't test early but just wait for my period next Monday/Tuesday. Not going to be easy though.

@ELJ1502 Ohhh I think I'm having a case of false positives or evaps too :( My period is due tomorrow though so won't have long now to find out.
Have you tested since?

I've just ordered a box of 20 cheapies from amazon haha!

I'm okay I feel like I'm getting used to the negatives now that I just expect them and don't get my hopes up too much so coping ok! How are you how long have you been trying for?

@Swirls346 I had a chemical pregnancy a couple months ago it is so upsetting isn't it :( I have everything crossed for you!! & you're better than me for being able to hold off testing haha x

@h0lly88 ah sorry to hear you think they're evaps. I've not experienced it so I have no advice I'm afraid 😣 No AF as yet - before ttc my cycles were like clock work and since then they've been quite unpredictable... So bizarre! I did a test 2 days ago and it was negative so just waiting for AF x

@Fairy0708 can completely resonate with that!! My cycles were perfectly regular down to what time of day (always 5am haha) but now they’re all over the place since trying. So weird

Hey! I’m 8DPO/9DPO today, ttc cycle 7. Sorry about chemicals everyone, I’ve also had 3. Horrible thing to go through.

@h0lly88 Those clear blues look good but I see what you mean about evaps!! What time frame did the lines show in? If they showed up before 10 mins then not an evap 😊

I also got my hopes up yesterday as thought I had something on an Amazon cheapie but I hear you can get false positives with them so now I’m just in limbo 🤷‍♀️

@h0lly88 so I’ve had another 6 faint positives. 😂🙈 but I’m still really nervous and not quite convinced yet. Period was supposed to be today but it’s so unreliable anyway - my cycles can be anything between 29 -34 days.

We’ve been trying for around 14 months now. I think that’s why I’m so nervous this time.

The top two look positives to me. Aren’t evaps normally grey? The digitals are also known to be less sensitive.

When did you get your first positive if you don't mind me asking?
I got a BFN today at 9dpo 😩

@h0lly88 haha the holding off testing didn't last long! I got too tempted and tested this morning !!! Of course it was negative ! I feel like I'm out now but I suppose it's still early days 9dpo x

If these came up in the time they are positive, not evaps - congratulations!! The digital requires a higher level of HCG so test again in a couple of days (or a immediately tomorrow if you're like me 😂)

@Swirls346 it was 10DPO on a Clear Blue Early. It was faint but still obviously there.

I’ve then tested constantly after and can see some progression. I then tried a CB dates test and got 1-2 weeks tonight.
