Having a "feeling" it's worked this month?

I know I'm over thinking things because we had a chemical last month and I want a second baby sooo much (first baby ivf). But I just have a feeling it's happened this month, I can't explain it. I don't have any symptoms apart from twinges and some discharge but I'm only 4-5Dpo.
It's probably my brain over thinking everything and wishful thinking. I'll wait till my period to test, I won't be testing early.
Anyone else have a feeling this early and were pregnant?

I struggled for many many years , eventually gave up and all of a sudden one month I had a feeling I was pregnant. I knew it from the moment we did the business. Had a negative test and refused to believe it and a few days later got my bfp. Sadly miscarried a week later.
I definitely believe in that instinct feeling
