I don't know if I have high prolactin I gave birth may 27 2023 I lost the baby 3 days later I use one drug to stop milk production my period came back August 1 and it's has been irregular 31-34 days range but since May if I press my nipple tiny milk will since come out

Can you speak to your GP, or a nurse at the practice ?

I had a still birth at 8months last year and was given medication to stop my milk coming in, I hadn't expressed any colostrum so the medication worked quiet well at stopping my milk but it can take longer if production has already been started. My periods took 4 months to come back and were very irregular but they can be for up to a year. It's awful but regardless of if you have a baby in your arms you're still postpartum and your body needs time to regulate hormones again. So sorry for your loss, it's a pain no one should go through
