Ovulation

Hi,
I'm a bit confused, I had a miscarraige back in June and I always test positive for my LH surge since, so I assume I'm ovulating, I have a 26 day cycle and I had a blood test at the doctors on day 21 and came back as low progesterone and they are referring me to a fertility clinic but I don't know if the blood test was done at the right time and am I actually ovulating or have an anovulatory cycle

Hi sorry about your miscarriage. Yes the 21 day progesterone check if good when your cycle is 28 days but not when you dont know when u ovulating. It always has to be done 7 days after ovulation to check if the ovulation occurred.
