Have, in the past spent a fortune on CB Digital ov tests, will have to sell furniture if continue doing this. I have seen in this topic a lot of you mention the "cheap ebay" ones. Can someone be kind enough to point me in the right direction - do they seem reliable? Are they delivered in plain packaging (our postman talks to everyone in our street and have nightmare of all the neighbours asking me "how its going"!

yes they are just as good IMO. The person i got them off babymad.com i think (through ebay) specifically says she sends them discretly. Mine came in normal jiffy bag, just my name and address on it. she doesnt even say what it is when she gives feedback (so other people cant see what you bought) I got about 30 odd for about £6.

Sounds good, thank you.

I also bought stuff from babymad.Brilliant service and very discreet.Could't believe how cheap she sells the stuff.Buy the goods off her website rather that ebay as they are even cheaper.

erm...

I still haven't had a positive using these cheap onesm=, so I looked on the internet and found this advice

*1) Test every day between 11am and 3pm (don't use morning urine).

  1. Hold your urine for atleast 4 hours before testing and limit your fluid intake during that time.*

I'm confused as I read you should test between 3pm and 11pm?

Also with all the water I have been drinking in an attempt to be healthy and encourage EWCV there is no way I could hold my Pee in for 4 hours.

Could this be why I am not getting any sign?

beaniesteve · 12/03/2008 16:45

Anyone?

mad4mybaby · 12/03/2008 18:48

i use them and have had a +ve. Yes drinking alot of water could very well be affecting it. I do mine at mid avo and sort of 8pm ish. Always show up more later in day. dont worry about holdin it for 4 hours! id burst aswell! I think they are just making sure that you dont go and drink a pint of water before you test, you could always have a pint of water AFTER your test.

IMO what you drink in the am wont affect it, have a small drink at lunch and then try mid avo, then have big water and nothing at tea and then try in eve

I recon it is the water. I broke tradition and tested this morning using an ebay stick and got a second faint line. Not a positive but before I was getting nothing.

Also tested last night after not drinking loads of water with a Superdrug own brand and got the same.

Don't know if this means I have missed the surge or if oone is about to come but I am on day 19 of a 24 day cycle so I doubt I would be ovulating so late?
