9dpo temp dip bbt help!

still trying to get the hang of tracking my bbt… does this dip 9dpo possibly mean I’m out this month already? 😭

@J3llycat hey! Thanks for your reply! So when they say a sustained rise in temperature post ovulation.. does that mean it can dip but as long as it’s higher than before ovulation?

@GeorgeR28 yes that's right! As long as temperatures stay above the cover line (i.e the average pre-ovulation temperature) is the general rule 😊 fingers crossed for you!

Hey @GeorgeR28 I think from that it's likely your period will come today/tomorrow (mine comes basically within a few hours of the temp drop below cover line) but you aren't out until it does arrive. Hope you're doing okay x

@J3llycat Thankyou for your reply! I’ve actually just started spotting really light so you’re probably spot on. Is something wrong if I’ve started 3 days early?

@GeorgeR28 I'm sure there isn't anything wrong, some cycles are like this and can be down to stress etc. Keep tracking your cycles and then you'll notice any patterns which might be worth discussing with the GP if you are concerned. You ovulate though which is clearly great news for TTC! Fingers crossed for your next cycle 😊🤞🏼

@J3llycat Thankyou so much, I know I’m probably just over panicking! I’ve had no more spotting since yesterday and my temperature has gone back up… trying not to get my hopes up 😂
