Lifting heavy bag during tww

Carried a heavy shopping bag full of groceries out to car. Worried now as says not to lift heavy objects as can affect implantation

In my first pregnancy I was in the gym and exercised through the pregnancy, if anything it helped the readings I got in routine tests.

It's an outdated notion that women need to be sedentary in order to facilitate bringing a life into the world.

I really wouldn’t fret. I probably wouldn’t start a new weight lifting regime in the TWW but a bag of shopping isn’t going to cause you any problems.

That's utter, utter garbage. Sitting on your arse is more likely to inhibit pregnancy than a normal level of activity.

Thanks guys I think I'm just on edge being overly caution as we had ivf and they told me no lifting anything heavy and I guess I'm putting alot of expectations on this cycle since we struggled to afford it and just don't to mess up my chances by doing something stupid like that
