Hi mums ,

I am currently in my TWW (10DPO). I have irregular AFs so it's a bit hard to know when I can test.

Every day I am having episode of nausea, my nipples are definitely more erect than usual and been having headaches on and off over the last couple days.

I did a test this morning and it was a negative , do you think I could've tested tooo early?

Thank you!

One thing I've noticed on this forum is that when women are TTC they attribute every twinge they wouldn't have usually acknowledged with a potential pregnancy symptom.

Sometimes they're pregnant, and often they aren't.

Unfortunately, as long as the wait can feel, the only sure confirmation is a BFP and a late Period. Even if 10women comment saying they had the same symptoms of pregnancy at your stage, that wouldn't be close to a positive indicator. Good luck!

hotcandle · 29/10/2023 13:22

If you're pregnant enough for symptoms, you're pregnant enough for a positive test.

xxoakley · 30/10/2023 16:06

Hi lovely - also in the TWW (10dpo today) and BFN. With my first little one, I didn’t have a hint of a line until 14DPO in the evening! X

trying58 · 30/10/2023 16:09

Thank you for this @xxoakley ! I will keep this in mind and my hopes up and really hope it's this cycle as this is our l 8th month trying so these TWW are getting really hard !

If you're pregnant enough for symptoms, you're pregnant enough for a positive test.

Not true, i've had pregnancy symptoms both times before BFP at around 14/15 dpo.

xxoakley · 30/10/2023 16:17

Oh I feel for you, what DPO are you today? Attached the photos of my faint positives with my son at 14DPO for you! It’s my first month off birth control, not preventing, but not “trying” either but I know there’s a chance so now I’m obsessed with checking🫠xx

I actually got no symptoms with my little boy, apart from having a stinking cold the week before I found out but it was October so could of just been a general cold x

So comforting to know - thank you!

@xxoakley I am now 11DPO

Hey everyone x we are on our first time trying, DTD every day for 3 days leading up to and on the day of ovulation. I've been using a tracker for about a year which seems to be very accurate.

I'm 5 DPO and last night I woke up around 2 in the morning with the strangest twinges in my lower tummy. I have never experienced anything even close to it. Not cramps but.. not, not cramps? Was enough to pull me out of sleep. Is this around when implantation would happen? Am I symptom spotting? This is all very new territory for me, any thoughts or insight welcome!

Just taken this at 13DPO and using the 6 day ultra early detection ones.

I don't know if I'm having a bit of line eyes? What do you ladies thing?

Thank you xx

I can definitely see a very very faint line I think, it's so hard to tell from photos isn't it. I done a test this morning (12DPO) and negative still, keep us updated!!! Xx

@xxoakley mine was as negative as can be yesterday! I am thinking of you and please keep me posted!

It's so weird but I feel so connected to you with being so close on days and going through it all. Can feel so isolating sometimes! Really hoping it's your time
