Implantation bleeding

Im really confused tbh. This is my first month ttc after coming off the patch. Iv tracked my ovulation and 3dpo I had light pink discharge..and nothing since. Im currently 4dpo today so I know its still really early but I dont know I felt sick for 2 full days, stomach cramps really bad and back pain. Do you think its implantation bleeding or just random spotting due to previously being on contraception? I feel like thats way too early to have IB but then I have no clue. I did do a pregnancy test today again i know waay too early and it was negative. Maybe im over thinking everything and jumping the gun. When do you think would be the best time to test?

As far as I have read implantation takes place after 6DPO but could it be that you ovulated a little earlier than you thought you did??

It's really unlikely that implantation has even occurred yet. Not at 3/4 DPO.

Implantation happens between 8 - 10 DPO.

The best time to test is when you miss a period.

It sounds like you're getting ahead of yourself a bit!

I read that too so 3dpo felt too early. I could be wrong with my ovulation but the darkest line I had was on 22nd. I did only do ovulation tests once a day early eve. Iv read people do it twice a day! Perhaps that makes a difference x
