Perimenopause but possible pregnancy?

I am almost 41 and not TTC but I need some help and guidance.
Not sure if I ovulated or not. Trying to work out how many DPOs I am.
I had O pain and my usual big blind pimple I get each time I O but I didn't have any noticeable ewcm. I've been in suspected perimenopause for about 5-6 cycles. Usually 29-31 days but last 5-6 cycles it has dropped to 23-26 days.
This cycle was going fine but then on CD23 I unexpectedly got O pain and pimple but no ewcm. It's so confusing as last 3 cycles have been 23 and 24 days long and then this cycle just messed with me and decided to O on CD23??
DTD unprotected on CD22 as I thought it would be safe cause AF has been arriving on CD23/24.
Day after DTD I got the O pain so freaked out and went and got the morning after pill, never taken it before. I've been reading online it only works by delaying O and if you have already O'd then it won't stop a pregnancy.
Is O pain the actual ovulation or does ovulation happen after the pain.
I'm just trying to work out if I took the morning after pill in time.
Or maybe I didn't O at all and this cycle is just a long irregular one due to perimenopause.
I am currently on CD28 and maybe 5/6 DPO?
No idea now when next AF would be due.

I’m kind of in a similar conundrum. I’m 43. Never been pregnant. Have had some potential peri menopausal symptoms (irregular bleeding and slightly less predictable cycles). I’m now 5 days late and all the tests are coming back negative. I would chalk it up to age except for the fact that I’m having period cramps, back pain, and a strange nausea feeling that comes in waves. It feels like something rising in my throat, makes my eyes almost water because it makes me want to gag, but nothing happens.

Have you done a blood test as well, or only urine ones?

Just urine ones.
