3dpo symptoms before there bfp

Hi im currently on cycle 3 ...3dpo I'm having increased front and lower back aches as a bit more clear discharge as normal has anyone else had this 3dpo ..I understand implantation hasn't take place yet but its so hard when u want something so much

How did you ascertain ovulation. Did you use opks or temp? Reason I am asking us because clear discharge sounds like it could be EWCM. Which would mean you are currently or about to ovulate.
Normally after ovulation your CM dries and then comes back closer to when AF is due. You also get increased CM from pregnancy but not this early.
Pretty much unlikely that you are having pregnancy symptoms at 3dpo. The egg would still be travelling down your tubes at this stage. Earliest implantation is at 5dpo and ut takes two says for the HCG to build up enough to give you a line on a sensitive test and thus to give you symptoms.
Anyway most early symptoms are caused by progesterone anyway and are just a sign of ovulation.

I definitely ovulated when I did I do the easy @home strips and track it on ny pre nom app so it's not ovulation discharge um def 3dpo my strios peaked really high and not lowered again...

So did you continue testing after peak? What do you mean with they didn't lower again? Usually you have a peak and then the opk line gets gradually lighter again. Sometimes you can have an LH surge but the body fails to ovulate for one reason or another. And so then the opks get darker to again reach another peak and then get lighter again

Sorry that's a typing error they were massively dark then went faint again....there now very low...my peak was Saturday just gone
