Just that really. For personal reasons I won’t disclose we are trying again for first time in 10 years. Looking for success stories/tips as I don’t want to let this take over as I very luckily am already a mummy ❤️Thank you xx

Hi, I don’t know about tips because I’m in a similar situation but I’ll join you. I’m 37 with irregular cycles probably due to perimenopause on its way. I was last pregnant 10 years ago and this will be #2. We are 6 months in and I’ve had 3 ovulations - I track with BBT and use one step OPK ovulation strips. I think BBT temping is good for PCOS but probably not the ovulation strips. Checking cervical mucous is important too.
