Implantation bleeding

so I don’t know if I’m getting false negative tests or not.
I had spotting and dark red and brown blood when I wiped 12dpo lasted around 2 1/2 days had cramps and back ache and fatigues this was all around the time I’d expect a period, is this implantation bleeding or not?
Also, my period is always super heavy for at least 3 days then light for about 2 days so this is not like me at all. I’ve been getting negative tests but how long after the bleeding stopped (yesterday) should I expect a positive test if I am pregnant?

I got IB with this current pregnancy. It started as light pink when I wiped at 10dpo, on the morning of 11dpo it was more and bright red again only when I wiped. I decided to do a pregnancy test to rule it out to confirm this was actually my period starting (because I had a mc in Sept and thought maybe my body was still a bit all over the place and my first post mc period could potentially be diff to my norm).
to my surprise the test was a clear positive. The IB continued the following day but was back to light pink.

im not sure if I implanted earlier but the bleeding came later. I have never had IB with any pregnancy before so this was new to me and I assume it’s to do with the mc.. who knows
