Hot tub TWW?

I know when pregnant you can't use hot tubs, saunas etc. However I can't find anything either way for consensus during TWW? Have a break booked away overnight which has a hot tub, and don't know whether avoiding with a group of people would look suspicious? Or whether I even need to avoid? Thanks

Not sure on the actual advice but I went in one during the TWW I fell pregnant with my first, whose now a very healthy 22 month old!

I went in it multiple times over my week away! I also drank because I was fed up of putting my life on hold.. so the one month I enjoyed myself I guess! 😅

@Boymamaxx thanks, yeah I can't find any advice either. My last pregnancy ended in an MMC so I'm just so nervous what I should be doing, but also I don't want to avoid needlessly either..?

You'll be absolutely fine.

Research into the 'no hot tub' rule suggests it only really exists to play it extremely safe with some women who may not be able to competently judge when they are overheating.

It's just a bath!
