Hey ladies,

I've been trying for over a year and I've noticed my cm starts to dry up around 3/4 dpo.

Can that stop me from conceiving?

That's totally normal ☺️ Your CM only needs to be slippery to help the sperm into your cervix, once you've ovulated it's no longer needed!

@postive987 yes that’s normal! Also I find CM a really confusing indicator for anything other than ovulation. Lots of people say an increase in CM before your expected period indicates you could be pregnant, but both times I’ve got pregnant by CM has completely dried up and then returned and increased around a week after my missed period. Wishing you lots of luck!

Oh I see. Thank you so much ladies. Im trying for baby no. 3 after having a loss a year and a half ago and after my loss, I ended having heart palpitations which would occur around ovulation time and then it would stop as soon my period would start.

I was recommended magnesium and after taking it, it really sorted the palpation I was having every cycle but still struggling and it's frustrating 😩
