Cycles all over the place after Ectopic

I had an Ectopic Pregnancy with right tube removal in March.
Cycles so far have been:
45
30
29
41
26

What is going on?! I was never very regular before my ectopic but was always between 30-35 days.
I just wondered if anyone has experienced similar?
