Common Cold and Conception

Hiya All.

This could be a really random one.
So I've read online and in some forums that some women have a cold and then find out their pregnant. Well I'm 7dpo today and can't stop sneezing with a runny nose. I do take Letrozole and also had sex the day before ovulation and day of ovulation this cycle. Do you believe this is a myth or do some of you ladies have experiences of having a cold then finding out you're pregnant. Itching to test but think it's still too early to test.

Any experiences welcome

Not sure if it was a coincidence or if there's something to it, but I was hit with a cold a week before I found out I was pregnant. Tested the day my period was due and got a very faint positive. I'm now 36 weeks, so I would say it's possible. Fingers crossed for you 🤞🏻

@LotusPetals thanks for your reply. I got very very impatient and tested this afternoon (7dpo) and very hydrated in the hopes there would be a little tiny line there but nothing. Wasn't really expecting to see anything really though. Got some little niggles and tingles in my lower stomach/groin area too.

Lots of women start sneezing in pregnancy it's definitely a thing .

Yep I had the cold, lots of sneezing and tiredness but it didn't feel like a normal full on cold. 🤞🏼

I don't have any tiredness or aches or anything like that just lots and lots of sneezing, like times where I can't stop sneezing

Oh I really hope so.. been on Letrozole for over 6 months now and this is the first time there's really been something almost symptom/sign related

I had an absolutely stinking cold just after conception, crossing everything for you OP!
