Stool colour changing

Hi! I've been using Mumsnet since becoming pregnant as I find it really comforting to hear others are going through some of the same issues and I'm not alone. I'm currently 10 weeks 1 day pregnant. My stool for the last number of weeks has been pale brown and having some diarrhoea. Sorry tmi. I've noticed this morning it's gone back to the normal colour brown that it usually is. This is my first baby so I'm quite anxious. I also had a chemical pregnancy back in June so this doesn't help the anxiety. I don't have many other symptoms but have had 2 scans 1 at 7 weeks and 1 at 9 weeks and all has been perfect (strong heartbeat etc) Just wondering should I be worried about my stool basically going "back to normal"???

It’s easy to say but try not to worry about it. Your body is changing and learning to adjust to the pregnancy. It’s normal to have looser stools sometimes and then return to normal. It might also have had something to do with what you were eating or perhaps a stomach bug.

Try to rest up and go easy on yourself!
