Tracker apps

Trying to see if the tracker apps are worth using, I am in 2 minds as to use them or not as I don't want to record symptoms and it tell me I'm pregnant when it's probably just pms 😅 I don't want to focus too much on what an app tells me and disappoint myself constantly from it if you get what I mean 😅

@HandBtryingforababy I use PreMom and it doesn't give any guesses or anything about me being pregnant, just let's me record symptoms for my own tracking. It predicts my fertile window and likely ovulation day based on my pattern in previous months (these are adjusted if something changes). I can also log opks and it gives a reading of them to help you detect peak. For people who BBT you can put that in too. You can basically do as little or much as you want. I find it useful for keeping track. 👍🏻

The apps can’t and won’t attempt to identify pregnancy. I also have the Premom app, you have to tell it when you’ve done a pregnancy test and what the result is.

I use Kindara which is great for tracking cycle - it’s not going to tell you anything other than what you input, but it can help you see when you’re fertile etc. and identify any patterns/issues in your cycle
