I've just started taking Vitex at the beginning of this cycle, I'm now CD3 so I've taken 3 800mg tablets
I've just however read a bunch of reviews about it delaying ovulation and that it would be best to take after ovulation :(
I'm regretting taking it now and I'm going to stop - how much damage could 3 days if it make??
Could I have already delayed my ovulation for this cycle?
