Odd pregnancy test

I took this test and there's a clear line (Not sure if pic shows) going the wrong way on the test. It showed up right away and looks exactly like a positive test.

Worth re testing or should I take it as a neg.

If that's not an option on the packaging, I'd say there was a fault and I'd retake to be sure.
