Does everyone feel implantation?

I have a DD already but I honestly can't remember having felt implantation occur and I don't think I ever had any spotting. All I remember is cramps a week or so after period was due (already knew I was pregnant), which I believe was just my body getting everything sorted so to speak!

TTC for DC2 and currently 5dpo - has a persistent heavy feeling in my tummy that I usually feel before my period is due but not due until the 13th.

No symptoms in first pregnancy but in my second I had spotting at 5/6 dpo and then felt really sick from around 9dpo and then got my positive 4 days later

It's weird as I did do tests earlier that week and got negatives and then all of a sudden it was positive and now I'm 11 weeks

Nobody feels implantation as it happens on a microscopic level. Some people may feel some cramping during early pregnancy but it's not linked to the moment of implantation if that makes sense.

I don't think you can feel the implantation but might get some bleeding. Might be wrong though.
